Ingredients
- 100g/4oz Butter
- 350g/12oz Icing Sugar
- 60ml/2fl.oz. Brandy
Method
1. In a mixing bowl, cream together the butter with half the sugar. Beat together until light and fluffy.
2. Add the remaining sugar and brandy and beat with a wooden spoon until thoroughly blended. Cover and refrigerate until required. This mixture will keep for at least two weeks in a fridge.
Traditionally served with Christmas pudding or Mince Pies.
